Please note that once you are booked onto a course that place is reserved for you.

Changing dates:
If you need to change course dates please note the terms below:
10 days notice or more: You’ll receive a voucher to use against a future course.
0 – 10 days notice: A re-booking fee for the full amount of the course will be payable*.

Refund policy.
If you wish to cancel your course and receive a refund please note the terms below
10 days notice or more: 50% of the course fee refunded
0 – 10 days notice: 0% of the course fee refunded

* In extreme cases we may put you on a later course subject to availability and a £50 rebooking fee

In the event there are less than three people booked onto the course then the course will be cancelled and you will be given another date.
